THANK YOU FRIENDS, CLIENTS AND SUBSCRIBERS!Just a note of thanks to the many friends, clients and Fat-Loss-Focus subcribers that made a donation to the MS MonsterStomp! I met my goal of $300 and could not feel better about raising the money for Multiple Sclerosis research and participating in the race! I didn't do too bad for my first 5k ever! I ran with my neighbors son, Sean, who is a competitive swimmer and triathlete at age 12!! He helped keep me going and we finished the race in 36 minutes and 40 seconds!
