My name is Dave Herber and I am the owner and fitness director of Exercise2U. I am a Certified Personal Trainer with both the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I am also an ACE certified Lifestyle and Weight Loss Consultant, and I’ve been helping people reshape their bodies and change their lives since 1996.

Before I started fitness training with Dave, I had been working out on my own for over a year, trying to build muscle strength. Despite sticking to a fairly regular gym schedule, I wasn't seeing any significant results. Frustrated, I just about gave up. Dave actually came to me and offered his help.
We set up a consultation. Dave analyzed what I may have been doing wrong in my previous routine and devised what I should start doing right. He immediately wrote up a new workout plan for me, one that was much more involved than the previous exercises I had been doing repetitiously without effect. I could tell right away that he had put a lot of time and thought into it, in order to suit it to me and my body. I was very impressed. Dave then accompanied me to the gym to help put it into action.
Dave's knowledge of fitness and his familiarity with the gym are invaluable, especially to those who are somewhat new to the world of weight training. He brings an energy, an enthusiasm, and a firm discipline to all of his sessions. Not only has he pushed me to work harder than I ever thought I could, he's given me the tools to do it on my own. Since training with Dave, I've seen my stomach slim down, my pecs firm up, and triceps appear where there had seemingly been none before. More than that, I've gained my own enthusiasm for staying in shape and the know-how to do so for the rest of my life.
